For those of us who have never out-grown a love for chocolate puddin', this shake made with rich homemade Nut Mylk and (surprisingly?) avocado, is a pretty healthy alternative to the chocolate drinks you will find in the coolers at the supermarket. Enjoy!
Combine and blend the following in your blender carafe:
- 3 C. Nut Mylk
- 1/4 C. Shredded Dry Coconut (unsweetened)
- 1/4 C. Chia Gel
- 1/2 small, very ripe Avocado
- shot of Maple Syrup (to taste)
- 1-2 T. Raw Cacao Powder
